I expect Otter of Bolas to be wildly played in midrange and controlling decks

This card will shut down most combat strategies that don't rely on many white creatures while rewarding you for playing the ultimate go-wide color

For the future, I hope that we get more landfall payoff cards, that are useful in other decks, especially in blue

I haven't been able to find the exact odds of finding an anime card in these wildcard slots (which can also contain Borderless, Jumpstart, or Commander cards in some packs), but WotC's article describes said odds as small. In the case of Collector boosters, they have two slots with a chance to drop an anime Enchanting Tales card: The Non-foil rare or mythic rare Enchanting Tales slot, in which odds for a rare anime card are 6.7% and odds for a mythic rare anime card are 10% (while the remaining 83.3% of the time you'll get a regular Enchanting Tales card in this slot, either a rare or a mythic rare)
