Fabric resembles organza but is way more sturdy, so probably a polyester. Fitted bodice has a hook and eye close down the front with boning for support. Shirt waist. Zipper up to the waist is hidden in a pleat. Skirt is pleated all around. Fully lined. Has belt loops for a 3 inch belt, but no belt.
