The romantic silhouette has a fun 1980s vibe but we are pretty sure this was made much later. The dress, which is very well made, features a nipped in waist, basque waist and full, circular skirt which falls to around the bottom of the calf or ankles on most wearers. The top is tailored to a pretty off shoulder style with a wide off
