Edwardian Ivory and Pink Embroidered Fringe Shawl 70s gauze top 5” Length: 28” (measured fromGorgeous 1900s or earlier silk table topper or piano shawl, with incredible detailed couching embroidery. One side is embroidered and the other is solid pink silk. Hand knotted tasseled fringe. The embroidery features a central figure a large bird surrounded by flowers and butterflies. The thread is matte and contrasts beautifully with the silk which has a high sheen. If you look closely you can see detailed eyes on the bird and butterflies. The
