Organza bodice and sleeves that's sprinkled with red and black velvet dots. There is a slight shimmer to the bodice and sleeves. Bodice is lined in a nude lining. Nipped in waist with peplum and matching velvet bow. Shoulders are slightly padded making the waistline look smaller and creating a very flattering hourglass
