60’s Black Wool Wiggle Dress mod 60s dress Ring is a Sz 860's black wool wiggle dress with 3 4 length sleeves, shawl style wrap collar, and dual strap and bow detail at midriff. Body of dress is fully lined but sleeves are unlined. There is a center back zipper with a hook at the neck. At some point, dress was shortened as current hem allowance is 8" deep.
