The fabric is cotton or possibly cotton blend, very soft, the consistency of a bed sheet, not as sheer as some of these tops. Condition: Excellent, the embroidery is in great shape. See last three images, spotting on lower front left a few inches above the elastic smocking. One small hole and two pin holes near elasticized band. Priced for condition. I have not
