1950s Pale Blue Velvet and Pink Satin Topper Hat ascot-suit It is comprised of blueThis pretty early 1950s candy hued hat topper is crafted from pale blue velvet and pale pink satin. It is lined with wire and shaped to curve around the sides of the head. The pink satin is ruched and gathered to form a rose like shape, framed by blue velvet at the bottom. The hat is lined in a thick white mesh that helps it to hold its shape. The hat is in very good to excellent vintage condition, particularly for a piece approaching 80 years of age
