50’s Bright Blue Elastic Waist Cropped Capri Pants skyline hotel Made in MacauThese measure from 22" to 32 at the waist, 46" through the hips, inseam is 14" long and outside seam is 28" long. Leg opening is 11. 5" in diameter. Front rise is 13 and back rise is 17. I always recommend going by the outside seam to judge length on vintage pants as they fit very differently than modern pants. Pants have elastic waist, pull on with no other fastenings, loose fit, low crotch, no pockets. Fabric is rayon, unlined. No label. Excellent
