The shiny lamb fur, in variegated shade of brown, has had the longer, coarser outer hairs sheared away, to expose the softer undercoat. A hint of its original curly texture is still visible, creating a surface pattern like moire fabric. The stole has a small, round collar, and three covered hooks and eyes to
