40's Rayon Novelty Print Dress with Tulips and Windmills 70s velvet dres Outer Sleeves: 29 1/4" -Vintage 40s rayon cotton blend tulip and windmill print dress. Gorgeous medium weight rayon blend with an overall print of tulips and windmills in shades of pink, purple, yellow, white and green on a deep navy blue background as pictured. Some of the larger tulips feature a Dutch scene of a windmill and little people as pictured. Buttons down the front from the collar to the bottom hem with ten functional textured navy blue lucite buttons. Unlined.
