This dress is exquisite with layered red chiffon horizontal pleats that are stitched down in only a few areas creating a lovely cascading draped look echoed by a cascading vertical ruffle on the left front as pictured. The wide collar features wide layered cascading horizontal pleats that extend over the shoulders and short cap sleeves as pictured. The dress is
