Stichelton - IFFLEY ROAD Red Notes Milk Chocolate / HoneyA juicy acidity with toasty, biscuity notes toward the rind. A Stilton inspired raw milk cheese made only from the morning's milk and very little starter. The long make helps to draw out the milk's natural flora and delicate flavours. Made with raw cow's milk and animal rennet in Welbeck, Nottinghamshire.
