There was ply separation that has been repaired with epoxy. The bearing edges are somewhat worn but in overall good condition for this 60 year old drum. There are 6 2 3 8 and 6 1 7 8 key rods and all threads are sound. The lugs are showing some minor pitting but the hoops and tom mount are good. The internal muffler is working 100% as well.
